Yes. Generally, local clients often focus more on accessibility, affordability, family needs, and long-term investment. Expatriate clients may place greater emphasis on lifestyle, location, security, amenities, and the overall experience of living in the Philippines. But regardless of where they come from, I believe both groups want the same thing: a property that provides value, comfort, and a good quality of life. My role is to understand their individual priorities and help them find the right opportunity at Camaya Coast.
