The USS Co-op is not intended to pursue unbridled commercial activities. First and foremost, we can only work for the benefit of our members, who are:

- the direct beneficiaries of our services
- our members
This (intentionally) limits our commercial and financial development but allows us to act with discernment because the beneficiary members are our only concern.

Coming from the Philippines, our members traditionally have an altruistic and considerate approach to providing care, as their national culture, religion, and traditions have built their reputation worldwide.

The USS Coop does not contract directly, in any form whatsoever (fixed-term contracts, permanent contracts, Interim, etc.) with Beneficiary Members. She submits suitable matching profiles to them and participates in the successful conclusion and implementation of agreements.
